Abia to establish Nigeria cement factory
ABIA State Government says it will establish a cement factory in Arochukwu in southeastern Nigeria. A bid for the project has already been won by the Hermes Juno Consortium, according to Governor Theodore Orji, who disclosed this in his television and radio address to the people of Abia State.
