Lafarge Seattle to shut down for more than 30 days
06 November 2009

Lafarge’s Seattle plant will be shut down for approximately 32 days "due to full inventory" according to Plant Manager Richard Sebastianelli. A letter has been sent from Sebastianelli advising Community Liason members. During the shutdown maintenance will be performed and none of the 73 employees jobs will be affected. "This is a normally planned shutdown due to full inventory," according to Sebastianelli. Published under Cement News
