NT-Prom to build $103m cement plant in Penza region
Investment company NT-Prom is to invest $103m in construction of a cement factory in Penza region, Russia Interfax reports. The plant is reportedly to produce cement and gas concrete from sugar production wastes. The plant is to be located in the village of Ushinka in the region’s Zemetchino district, where a large sugar plant is located. Timeframes for the project have yet to be disclosed.
