Russian co to build plant in Penza Region
Azia Cement plans to build a RUB8.6bn cement plant in the Penza Region, a spokesperson with the regional government said to PRIME-TASS Monday.
The company plans to build the plant by the end of 2010.
The plant’s production capacity is expected to be around 4Mta of cement.
