Cement firm Cimentas to raise capital to EUR41m
Turkish cement company Cimentas Izmir Cimento decided to increase its capital by TRY11.36m to TRY87.1m (EUR 41.45m) from the current TRY 75.75m.
In the filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange, the company explains that it will lift capital in order to strengthen Cimentas’ financial position in the face of global economic crisis.
