Jordan’s demand on cement drops by 20%

Cement demand in Jordan has declined by 20% recently, The Jordan Times cited head of the Cement Traders’ Association, Mansour Banna as saying.

The drop is attributed to the completion of most infrastructure work recently being carried out.

Subsequently, around 3000tpd of surplus cement is being stored.
