Jidong Cement to invest in Hebei cement projects
Shenzhen-listed Tangshan Jidong Cement Co Ltd signed a project agreement with the local government of Jidong County of Hebei Province to build two cement production lines equipped with power generation systems, sources reported.
According to agreement, the company will set up a subsidiary in Jidong to manage the construction of the project.
A total of RMB700m will be invested into the project. The first stage of construction will cost RMB350m. Upon completion of the second stage of construction, each of the two cement production lines will have a clinker capacity of 2500tpd.
