New factory inaugurated, Northern Iran
On Sunday 15 March the Iranian minister of industries and mines, Ali Akbar Mehrabian, inaugurated the Zaveh cement factory.
The plant is capable of producing 1.1Mta of cement. After the commissioning of the factory, yearly production of cement in the province will reach over 3.5Mt.
