According to reports from local press, the CFI Group and a consortium of foreign  investors from Spain, has concluded plans to build a cement factory in Nigeria.

The company and its partners from Spain is to invest N435bn (US$3bn) in the project

The leader of the team of investors Mr. Breaner James, commended the Chairman of CFI group in Nigeria, Dr. Uche Ugbaja and hoped that the project will start before the end of first quarter of 2009.
