Oborontsement kicks off construction of cement factory
Moscow-based cement manufacturer Oborontsement has kicked off construction of a cement factory in Belgorod region, regional officials report. Investment in the project hasn’t been disclosed, but is estimated by experts at $500mln. The plant will be be built on a 100-hectare site in the region’s Krasnogvardeysky district, Marchmont Capital Partners said. Published under Cement News
