Cement plant to be built in Southern Vietnam

A cement plant with a design capacity of 5000t of clinker and 2Mt of cement will be built in the southern Vietnamese province of Binh Phuoc.
 
Under a deal reached by the provincial administration and the An Phu Cement Company on August 21, the construction will take 33 months and be finished by early 2011.
 
The potential factory is expected to provide jobs for over 400 staff workers and sideline occupations for thousands of others.
