Work starts on two cement plants in Quang Binh
The Truong Thinh Construction Company will build two cement plants in central Quang Binh province with total investment capital of VND3trn (USD187.5m).
The two plants will be located in Tuyen Hoa district’s Chau Hoa commune and Bac Trach commune in Bo Trach district.
In the first phase, the investor will build a clinker producing factory with a daily capacity of 5,000t and two grinding mills capable of turning out 1Mt of cement at each of the two construction sites.
Later, the Chau Hoa clinker factory will be expanded with a clinker production line and three more grinding mills to be built in southern provinces.
