China Conch Cement keeps No.1 sales’ position
China’s leading cement and clinker supplier Anhui Conch Cement Co, Ltd produced 134Mt of cement products and sold 113Mt in 2007, ranking No. 1 in the nation by production and sales for the 10th year.
Its sales revenue reached CNY 18.7bn last year. The company aims to produce 180Mt of cement products, sell 154Mt and achieve sales revenue of CNY 21.5bn. To meet the target, it is to strive to enlarge its business through creating new facilities, expanding the current facilities, mergers and acquisitions.
Based in Wuhu City, Anhui Province in East China, Conch Cement recently announced it is mulling establishment of a line capable of producing 5000tpd of clinker in Beihai City, Guangxi Province of Southwest China. Published under Cement News
