Northern Osetiya and UMMC start construction of new plant, Russia
The ceremony of laying the first stone for Alagir Cement Plant is scheduled for today, February 1. The new plant will be built under the agreement reached by the Northern Osetiya’s Government and Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company UMMC.
