Domedko Haksli to build plant in Voronezh Region in Russia
12 September 2007

The Domedko Haksli company is considering building a cement plant in Russia’s Voronezh Region.

The construction cost is put at EUR150m. The capacity is one million tonnes of cement a year. The project will be finalized in half a year after a feasibility study is completed. The company thinks it will not take long to recoup the investment, given a growing demand for cement in the Central Federal District. The company bought a plot in Liski District next to a lime and fine-dispersed chalk plant, now under construction.
