07 September 2007

ADF Group Inc. has been awarded an additional contract for the construction of various industrial buildings for Holcim’s new cement plant in the state of Missouri, USA. This new order, evaluated at US$24.9m, is an addition to the original contract awarded at the end of May, 2007. The contract’s total value is increased from US$16.9m to US$41.8m.

This mandate consists of the supply of materials, the design and engineering of connections, and the fabrication and delivery to the site of structural steel components for other industrial buildings.

It is to be noted that fabrication of the structural steel components started in August, 2007, and with this addition to the contract the deliveries on site will run from September, 2007, to April, 2008.

Jean Paschini, chairman of the board and chief executive officer, adds: "This contract is subject to a fast-track schedule. ADF can meet such requirements. Our expertise together with our fabrication capacity, were key factors in the client’s final decision. This is an important addition to the original contract, attesting to the client’s confidence in the ADF Group’s know-how."
