Construction of cement factory in Kyzylkiya

Krgyzstan’s proposed new factory is scheduled to begin construction in the Kyzylkiya region on September 1, said State Secretary Adakhan Madumarov on Monday in a meeting with China Export-Import Bank Chairman & President Li Ruogu.

State Secretary Madumarov said this meeting is relevant on the threshold of Chinese President Hu Jintao’s visit to Kyrgyzstan. During the last two years, a mutually beneficial cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China reached a new quality level, said the State Secretary.

When speaking of Chinese investments into industry of the country, Adakhan Madumarov said the population looks forward to construction of the cement factory in Kyzylkiya, which would produce six different quality cements 

In his statement Mr Li Ruogu said China is ready to realize the agreements which would be achieved during Chinese President Hu Jintao’s official visit to Kyrgyzstan. “At present, our main task is construction of the cement factory in Kyzylkiya. At the same time, we are ready to consider other project proposals which would be submitted to us,” said China’s Export-Import Bank Chairman Li Ruogu.AKIpress
