Vietnam: Cement maker on track to meet sales target
Hoang Thach has produced 1.45Mt of cement so far this year and sold 1.77Mt, about half of its 2007 target.
Company executives were upbeat about the results, given recent market trends, especially rising fuel, transportation and raw material costs.
In the second half of the year, Hoang Thach hopes to produce 1Mt of clinker, 1.45Mt of cement and sell nearly 1.8 trillion tonnes of product. Published under Cement News
