New orders for Loesche in India
Sanghi Cement, Sanghipuram, India
M/s Sanghi Cements Ltd. is one of the major cement producing companies of Gujarat Region with an existing 8500tpd clinker plant at Sanghipuram – 150km away from Dist. Bhuj, Gujarat State. The company has undergone expansion by erecting a new 10,000tpd line at the existing plant for which they have placed the following order for four of the world’s largest Vertical Roller Mills from Loesche:
1 x Raw Mill type LM 69.6
1 x Coal Mill type LM 43.4D
2 x Clinker Mills type LM 63.3+3C.
The clinker (cement) mill ordered is the world’s largest clinker grinding VRM Mill with a table diameter of 6.3m.
Ambuja Cement Eastern Ltd (Holcim), Bhatapara, India
Ambuja Cement Eastern Limited has been taken over by Holcim Group along with the other sister companies of M/s ACC and Ambuja Group. M/s ACEL has an existing cement plant of 3700tpd and it is now establishing a new 7000tpd line. This upcoming expansion is situated at their existing plant site at Bhatapara near Raipur District in Chatisgarh State. M/s ACEL – Holcim has placed orders with Loesche India (Pvt) Ltd for the following vertical roller mills:
1 x Raw Mill type LM 69.6
1 x Coal Mill type LM 43.4D.
Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, Raigarh, India
M/s JSPL belongs to M/s Jindal Group for which Loesche is already executing an order for its Slag Grinding Plant at Torangallu. M/s JSPL is putting up a greenfield slag grinding unit near to its steel plant in Raigarh for which they have placed an order with Loesche India (Pvt) Ltd for a vertical roller mill for slag grinding, type LM 46.2+2S.
Raghuram Cements Ltd, Nallalingayapalli, India
M/s Raghuram Cements Ltd is constructing a 4500tpd greenfield cement plant at Nallalingayapalli in Cuddapah District Andhra Pradesh. Loesche India (Pvt) Ltd has received an order for three vertical roller mills comprised of the following:
1 x Raw Mill, type LM 56.4
1 x Coal Mill, type LM 26.3D
1 x Clinker (cement) Mill, type LM 63.3+3C/S.
Sree Jayajothi Cement Ltd, Batalurpadu, India
M/s SJCL is constructing a 4500tpd /1.5Mta greenfield plant at Yennakandla / Batalurpadu in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. Loesche India (Pvt) Ltd has received an order for the following four Vertical Roller Mills:
1 x Raw Mill, type LM 56.4
1 x Coal Mill, type LM 26.2D
1 x Clinker (cement) Mill, type LM 56.3+3
1 x Slag Mill, type LM 46.3+3.
Ambuja Cement Ltd. (Holcim – Darlaghat)
M/s ACL has an existing 7000tpd cement plant and they are erecting a new line of 7000tpd. This upcoming expansion is situated at their existing plant site at Darlaghat near Shimla in Himachal Pradesh State. M/s ACL – Holcim has placed an order with Loesche India (Pvt) Ltd for one Coal Mill type LM 43.4 D for this expansion.
Furthermore M/s ACL has placed an order for two Loesche Vertical Roller Mills type LM 56.3+3 for grinding PPC @ 250 tph for their following locations;
- Dadri, Uttar Pradesh
- Panipat, Haryana
ACC Ltd, India
ACC is expanding its Wadi plant near Gulbarga in Karnataka State where it proposes to grind PPC, OPC and slag cement at the following locations:
Bangalore – Kolar (Karnataka)
1 x Loesche Vertical Roller Mill type LM 56.3+3 shall grind PPC @ 250tph. The clinker will come from Wadi whereas flyash shall be sourced locally from nearby power plants.
Bellary (Karnataka)
1 x Loesche Vertical Roller Mill LM 56.3+3 shall be used for grinding OPC (from Wadi clinker) @ 185tph and slag @ 155tp. The slag will be sourced from steel plants located in Bellary.
