Katwa Udyog buys cement plant for INR113m
Katwa Udyog Ltd. said on Wednesday it has acquired a 300 tonnes per day cement plant for 113 million rupees.
Katwa acquired the cement unit in a public auction by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, it said in a statement.
The auction was for non-payment of dues by the previous owners of the company to IDBI Ltd, it added.
