Iran ups cement output
Iran is set to produce around 42Mt of cement in the current Iranian year, which began on March 20, up from 35Mt last year, according to a senior government official cited by the Tehran Times. Mohammad Hossein Bassiri, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Mining, said it was hoped a lift of a further 10Mt will be produced next year. Published under Cement News
