Kryvyi Rih Tsement closes 2006  UAH 57.4m in profit

Kryvyi Rih Tsement (Dnipropetrovsk region), one of the five largest cement producers in Ukraine, finished 2006 with net profits of UAH 57.394m.   
 
By late 2006, the company assets made up UAH 376.254m, undistributed profits - UAH 50.36m.   
 
The company notes, that in June 2006 Dniprotsement was adjoined to Kryvyi Rih Tsement and the financial accounts reflect assets, obligations and capital of the joint enterprises as to their balance value.   
 
The company increased cement output by 4.7% or 80,200t, as compared with 2005, to 1,486,700t and clinker output - by 4,8% or 46,500t to 1,016,300t, as compared to 2005.   
 
The enterprise has a design annual capacity of 1.5Mt of cement.   
 
According to data of the Agency for Development of the Stock Market’s Infrastructures, Germany’s HeidelbergCement holds 79.6% of the shares in Kryvyi Rih Cement while Foyil Services Limited (Cyprus) holds 10%.   
 
Kryvyi Rih Tsement specializes in the production of cement, clinker, and masonry blocks.
