Construction of large cement plant begins, Vietnam
Construction of a cement plant with a designed capacity of 3300tpd of clinker or 1.2Mta of cement has begun in Nho Quan district, northern Ninh Binh province.
The plant has an investment capital of US$126.7m from the Viet Nam Construction Investment and Export-Import Corporation (Constrexim Holdings), the Song Gianh Construction Material Joint-stock company and the ILG company.
It will have a modern production line imported from Europe.
The plant is planned to be operational in 2009. Published under Cement News
