India Cements mull merger with Visaka Cement
India Cements Ltd said Thursday its board will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 28, to consider a proposal to merge with an associate firm, Visaka Cement Industry Ltd.
Mid-sized India Cements didn’t disclose any further details in a notice to the stock exchange.
