Vietnam: Bim Son cement plant project begins

The Vietnam Cement Corporation began construction on the Bim Son Cement project, called N2, in Thanh Hoa Province yesterday. 

The company is projecting N2 will produce two million tonnes of cement per year.  The project’s estimated cost is VND4,085bn (US$255m), with the funds coming from equity capital and commercial loans.
