Croatian cement maker Nasicecement, part of construction materials group Nexe, said on Wednesday it has raised its stake in Bosnian civil engineering company Kozaraputevi by 7.1% to 58.1%.
Nasicecement bought in July 51% of Kozaraputevi for EUR2.6m, aiming to later acquire the rest of it.
What follows is the defining of the business plan for 2007 and the development of a new five-year investment strategy, Nexe said in a statement.
It did not, however, elaborate on the amount of the planned investments. Published under Cement News
