India Grasim Industries buys Harish Cement

India’s Grasim Industries Ltd said it has acquired all of Harish Cement, an unlisted company, for INR1 million.  

In a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said it bought 50,000 shares of the Himachal Pradesh-based cement maker at INR20 a share.
