Oleg Deripaska aims for Cement holding
Russian aluminium king Oleg Deripaska, the director of RUSAL Holding, is establishing a cement holding. The basic element company he owns is reportedly building two cement factories, in the Ryazan Region and in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is also negotiating the acquisition of the No 2 company, Novoroscement, whose assets are estimated at US$851m to over US$1.5bn. Published under Cement News
