Asia Cement Corp is considering boosting its capacity to take advantage of strong construction growth in China, the Economic Daily News reported. Company president KY Lee told the newspaper the firm originally planned to raise its total annual capacity to 24.5Mt by 2010 but it is now looking at boosting that amount to take advantage of the buoyant Chinese construction market.
