New plant for Yemen?
According to Al-Riyadh newspaper (March 7, 2006), Saudi businessman Hussein al-Attas announced that he has decided to build a cement factory in Sanaa, Yemen, following an approval by the General Investment Authority. Mr. al-Attas added that he will invest US$2bn in the new plant, which will produce 3Mt annually. Published under Cement News
