The Federal Service for environmental, technological and atomic supervision (Rostekhnadzor) has completed an inspection of Kavkazcement, Oskolcement, Savinskiy Cement Plant and Belgorod Cement on December 13, 2005 and would collect an addition RUR276.9m from the  Eurocement Group, as the declared pollutions of the six enterprises had been understated significantly, Vedomosti reports.
