Baltsem Decides Buy 0.37% of its shares, Ukraine

The Supervisory board of the Baltsem company (Balakliia, Kharkiv region), which is one of the three largest cement producers, at its October 25 meeting decided to buy 0.365% of shares from its shareholders.  

The company disclosed this in the statement, the text of which Ukrainian News obtain. According to the statement, the company will buy 40,050 shares.  

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, shareholders of the Baltsem company, which is one of the three largest cement producers, on their July 7 meeting decided to increase statutory fund by UAH 4.94m to UAH 5.49m , via additional share issue.  

The company issued additional UAH 98.74 million simple registered shares with a face value of UAH 0.05.
