28 September 2005

An Al-Riyadh newspaper quoted a notice published in early September 2005 by the white Portland cement manufacturers in Saudi Arabia which included a demand that the Industry and Trade Ministry examine the quality of cement imported into the country from Iran and other countries. The paper noted that representatives of the Saudi Arabian Chamber of Commerce intend to approach the Arab Cement Association and the Standards Bureaus of Arab countries in this matter, demanding that they examine the quality of cement from Iran and other countries.  Published under Cement News
