Holcim Romania said on Wednesday it spent EUR 1.5m ($1.8 m) to open its ninth environmentally friendly concrete plant.The plant employs technology to cut the amount of dust and noise it produces. It plans to open two more of the plants this year. It has nine others already in operation in Romania.  Published under Cement News
