Three cement makers, Lafarge, Dyckerhoff and Readymix face damage claims by 28 corporate customers amounting to a total of Euro 140m for alleged price fixing, Financial Times Deutschland reports in an advance copy of Friday’s edition. The lawyers’ office, Oppenlaender, will file the charge with a German state court based in Duesseldorf next week, the paper says.  Published under Cement News
