Cement maker PT Semen Tonasa plans to increase its capacity by 800,000t to 4.3Mta, its President Sadman said. The subsidiary of the state-owned PT Semen Gresik will invest US$70m to expand the production capacity of its second and third factories from 600,000t to 1Mta each, Sadman said. The company, located in South Sulawesi, disposes of 80 per cent of its production on the domestic market and exports 20 per cent.
