Cement manufacturer Holcim Hungaria Cementipari Rt posted a net revenue of HUF 28.4bn (US$148m) for 2004, company officials said. Holcim Hungaria sold 1.3Mt of cement and 676 cu m of concrete in 2004. 

The cement manufacturer recorded earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of over HUF 7.3bn (US$38m) last year.  Holcim Hungaria officials said that cement imports from Ukraine and Slovakia upset the company’s competitiveness.
