White cement factory offered for sale

The Tunisian and Algerian State authorites have decided to proceed to the privatisation of the Tuniso-Algerian White cement company (SOTACIB). To this end the SOTACIB has launched an international invitation to tender for the choice of an investor choosing BNP Bank Paribas to act for the sellers.  The sealed offers will be written in French language. They will have to arrive by postal way or carrier at the latest on May 03, 2005. at 12 noon (Tunis time), the seal of the office of order of the SOTACIB in the two cases being taken, with the following address: SOTACIB 14 (a), street Ali Bouchoucha, Montfleury, 1008, Tunis, Tunisia.

The Offers to remain valid for one eighty ten (90) days duration starting from the limiting date of their handing-over. Any tender which will arrive at the SOTACIB after the limiting date of reception of the offers, above mentioned, will be rejected.
