Greek Titan Cement Buys Co on Zante Island

Greek cement maker Titan Cement announced the buyout of concrete maker and trader Betokat, located on the Greek Ionian island of Zante.

The buyout was carried out by Titan Cement’s building products manufacturing subsidiary, Interbeton Building Materials, for an undisclosed sum.

Interbeton has around 24 concrete production units with annual sales exceeding 1.8 Mm3. The company also runs a total of 13 mines and quarries, generating sales of over 11.5Mta.
