As the tsunami death toll continues to swell, corporate India is trying to chip in with relief and rehabilitation support. Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd has announced a sizeable contribution to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. "Hundreds of thousands of people fought to survive the tsunamis on Sunday. Now we need to help them survive the aftermath. We hope this small contribution from Ambuja Cement will help in sharing the pain and agony of people devastated by this disaster," Gujarat Ambuja Cements’ chairman Suresh Neotia said.
