Cimpor has said it has the an option to buy 100% of Spain’s Branas de Brins SA for EUR7.51m. 
The Portuguese major said the price would be adjusted for debt assumed when it purchases the company.  Branas de Brins is located in Santiago de Compostela and runs a granite quarry with sales of 300,000tpa. Published under Cement News
