Cementir President buys company shares

The president of Italian cement company Cementir, a unit of local construction company Caltagirone, Francesco Caltagirone Jr, has bought 80,000 company shares for a total 287,200 euro ($374,537), the company said in its report on internal dealings. The shares were acquired in two transactions dating back to November 18 and 19, 2004. The acquisition price stood at 3.59 euro ($4.68) per share in both transactions. Published under Cement News
