New orders for Gebr Pfeiffer

Gebr Pfeiffer AG has obtained an order for the supply of a cement separating plant for modernising and upgrading the cement grinding plant at the Indian Kodinar works. The new high-efficiency classifier, type SLV 2650, will replace an existing classifier in a closed grinding circuit with a ball mill and an upstream roller press. The modification will increase the plant’s guaranteed throughput rate from 145tph to 175tph of Portland cement ground to a specific surface area of 3200cm2/ g according to Blaine. The commissioning is scheduled for spring 2005.

Gebr Pfeiffer AG and its Indian subsidiary Gebr Pfeiffer (India) have also received an order for a coal grinding plant have now been ordered by The Tata Iron and Steel Co located at Jamshedpur, India.
