Shiva Cement Ltd., has informed BSE that Government of Orissa through its PR Department has approved Sumangal Brand Cement for development works. Suitable direction have been issued to all Project Directors - DRDA inOctober 2004. This has been done keeping in view of part equity holding in Shiva Cement by State owned undertaking IPICOL.
