Indian cement maker Mangalam Cement Ltd said on Friday it made a net profit of 4.6 million rupees in the July-September quarter compared with a net loss of 290.7 million rupees a year ago.  It said net sales rose to 706.7 million rupees from 496.0 million rupees a
