Holcim’s Chief Executive Markus Akermann told Finanz und Wirtschaft Saturday that the cement company is looking for growth in Latin America and Asia.  Akermann said Holcim has minority stakes in China and in Central America which it will increase or turn into majority holdings at some point. He added Holcim also plans to take a stake in an Indian producer or build a plant in that country. Published under Cement News
