Lawsuit against two companies

Lawsuit against two companies
16 August 2004

A group of Palestinians have filed a lawsuit at Nablus court against Toraify and Baraka companies charging them of selling cement to Zionist companies, which in turn used the Egyptian cement in the separation fence construction.  The Palestinians grouped political science lecturer in Al-Najah University Abdul-Sattar Qassem, two lawyers and eight others. Part of the racist fence was built on lands owned by Qassem, who asked for a symbolic compensation of 5,000 dollars and pointed out that the lawsuit served as a message for the Palestinian people namely that they could attain their rights through legal means.
