Lafarge eyes buyouts to increase capacity

Lafarge India will consider acquisitions to enhance its manufacturing capacity following an increase in demand for cement. The company at present has a manufacturing capacity of 5Mt of cement and three million tonnes of clinker. The company has reported capacity utilisation of over 80 per cent.
