Argentine construction company Cerro Negro, owned by CRH, announced an investment plan, totalling US$10m aimed at expanding activity, it was reported on January 13, 2004.  With this initiative, the company, a local producer of construction materials, is expecting to increase the volume of its exports to some 20 per cent of its production, as compared to the current 10 per cent.  The expansion of the factory will be completed by the beginning of the fourth quarter 2004.
