The governor of the Bolivian city of Oruro, Tito Santos, on Monday urged the Plurinational Legislative Assembly to expedite the discussion of the draft Law of Territorial Units to resolving a border conflict with Potosi, which in his opinion, is delaying the construction of a cement factory.

He warned that, in addition, the risk of confrontation between the community members of Quillacas (Oruro) and Coroma (Potosi) persists.?, FM Bolivia reports.

"We are asking that the Law of Territorial Units can be made as soon as possible, of course, by consensus of the nine departments," he told reporters.

Oruro Governor explained that this conflict also delayed the construction of a cement factory in the region and therefore the development and progress of the department of Oruro.
